Saved searches

You can save the searches you create so that you can perform them again at a later date without having to re-enter all the keywords and filter settings. 

 

You can set up an “alert” for each saved search. Alerts automatically perform your saved searches every day. You will receive a preview of the hits list by email, which you can then view in PMG MediaMonitor (the Alert function is only available with the Comfort and Premium product packages).

 

  • To rename a saved search, click on the pencil next to the name. 
  • To change the keywords or filter settings of a search, click on “Edit search”.
  • To perform your search, i.e. to check for new hits, click on “Search now”. You can also access and perform your saved searches via the overview page and via the selection box at the top of the article search

 

To delete a saved search, click on the rubbish bin icon. 

 

Attention: A deleted search cannot be restored. 

 

If an alert has been configured for this search, delete the alert first. Only then can you delete the saved search.
